Join Our Team

We are hiring Prac Students and Interns for the fall 2024 cycle. This internship cycle, we are looking to bring on about two social work and two counseling interns from Colorado State University. Each year, we bring on a cohort of students from one-two Universities. The 2025-2026 cycle will be selected from Metro State University.

We are considering hiring the right fit for any licensed clinicians: LMFTs, LPCs, or LCSWs. Our agency is a collaborative agency, growing towards becoming a full co-op in the future. We are a strong community where we all share leadership and decision-making duties, with each of us taking part in different day-to-day functions of the agency, as we have interest, strength, and ability. We are working towards a system in which all clinicians can have ownership if they choose.

The ideal applicant will have experience in clinical work with children and adolescents, social justice and multicultural frameworks, and competency in serving the queer, trans, and/or gender expansive communities through coursework and other positions. Applicants with lived experience in the BIPOC and/or AAPI communities, and who speak Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply.

We have a unique anti-burnout model in which our clinicians tell us how they want to contribute to our team through any combination of client hours, admin work, and agency support. We see full-time clinical work as an average of 20 clients a week with no more than a 32 hour work week, with the flexibility for our clinicians to see anywhere between 5-20 clients per week based on their needs. For interns, we are happy to work with our interns to find the ideal balance of admin and clinical hours that fit their needs and their school requirements. Most interns see about 5-10 clients a week. Our clinicians have opportunities for agency-sponsored trainings, wellness opportunities, and being a part of a passionate group of queer clinicians. We value relationships and are looking for applicants excited to collaborate, share resources, and build community together. We can accept counseling and social worker positions as we have LCSW and LPC clinicians on staff.
